I have had a business relationship with Abba Lettings for several years. I have always found them to be very efficient,reliable and very quick to arrive at solutions to problems that have arisen. I am very happy with the fair but firm way they treat the various tenants and the insistence on quality accommodation from the landlords. I would have no reservation in recommending Abba Lettings to other landlords or potential tenants.

I have used Abba to let my flat for the past three years or so whilst I was living abroad. Abba have provided a superb service- found tenants, ensured my rent was paid regularly and dealt with any problems in the flat. They were always helpful in every way and their charges were very reasonable. I would recommend them.

I am a landlord, but that was not the capacity in which I have had dealings with Abba, but "neighbour of let property" was not on the list.
They have put students into the house next door for the past two years, in a non-student area, with only owner occupiers on the block.
When we have complained about the anti-social behaviour of the tenants they are aggressive and rude to us and say they can't trust what we say because we complain too much!!Was this review helpful? Yes
