The owner changed management companies during my time there and A1 decided to keep the deposit I had paid. They didn't respond to either email or written correspondence about the matter, essentially stealing my money.

Both tenants and myself extremely disappointed in their service - or not in our case. Eventually had to fire them after months of complaining.
