   I have employed 5% Let for some 10 years now, initially taken on by my Father but as he is now elderly I deal with the management of these properties.

   I do not live near London and therefor 5% Let and their excellent team take care of all duties on my behalf.
   AT ALL TIMES THE TEAM AT 5% LET PROVIDE A SERVICE THAT GOES FAR BEYOND THE USUAL SERVICES I HAVE EXPERIENCED WHEN USING OTHER MANAGING AGENTS.
   Nothing seems to be too much trouble and they will often carry out many "small jobs" which might in theory be either outside their remit or that other agents would charge extra fees for.

   I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO HESITATION IN GIVING EVERYONE AT 5% LET A 100% ENDORSEMENT. THEY ARE ALL POLITE, HELPFUL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY HONEST.

   Over the very many years they have Let & Relet my Fathers properties I have got to know them very well... I consider them to be friends & not just Agents I employ.

   Jinay and his team have been amazing in looking after our property and finding great tenants. They are always available and make the process of being a landlord much easier. Initially we were sceptical about using management agent but the value they bring to the process at a competitive price is fantastic and we were certainly never go back to managing property ourselves.
   Above all they are really friendly, great team and I can not recommend them high enough.

   5% Lettings are a great team, they look after your property as if it were there own, they provide accurate and informative inspection reports and respect your tenants as they respect you. No matter how big or how small a problem, the 5% team get after it ensrung the tenants needs are meet in a timely and cost effective approach for the landlord. I would have no problem recommending the 5% team to represent your property.

   This lettings agent were simply the best we have ever used. Their level of customer service and personal approach was extremely refreshing and they were so helpful with any queries that arose throughout the course of the tenancy. I would highly recommend them to tenants and landlords alike, they were efficient, quick and courteous in every dealing we had with them and will actually miss them now that we have moved on and purchased our own property!

   Great agent.

   I have used 5 percent let for a few years now. They originally managed one property for me that I moved from another agent who had become complacent and didn't acheive market rates or provide personal service.

   At 5percentlet you always deal with the same people, they consistently achieve higher rentals than the market average, and the admin is very efficient. They also provide a first class management service. It is for those reasons that I have given them several properties now and am happy to recommend them.

   Great team of people and a very professional service. This is a lettings management agency with common sense. Thy honestly don`t just run up bills and lose your profit margin. They find you great tenants that stay for the long run. And , it’s the full service. They even furnished the flats and help organised the revamps.
   Its hassle free and a must for any landlord.

   I have recently ended my dealings with 5percentlet agency in Wimbledon and have felt compelled warn others that this company may well be the most unprofessional and inexperienced set of ‘business’ people that I have ever had the misfortune to meet with.
   I and four others expressed interest in taking out a joint tenancy with a 5 bed property in Wimbledon with 5percentlet.
