1st Class Lets has not joined our 'transparent agent' scheme yet.

"If only I had known about this site before.." the most common comment we get posted from reviewers that have had a bad experience.     Fantastic customer service from the team at 1st Class Lets. I've just had a new oven installed at the property as the existing one came to an untimely end!

    Gillian, Lynne and the new addition to the team, John have been extremely helpful over the past year and because of this we are really happy to be signing a lease for another year!

    This agency is terrible. The staff and manager are rude. They are unhelpful. Obtuse, and utterly useless. Bullying and lying is their day to day method of customer service. They create problems for you. They are horrible. I have spoken to several people in the office and all of them have the same attitude, a negative attitude. They are ineffectual.
    You would expect a person to be bright and welcoming on the phone and give their name, this never happens. Asking questions and getting information is seen as a customer being a problem. Well that is the impression I get every time I ask for details or have to get a matter attended to.
    I would not recommend anyone to use this agency. All I want is people to be pleasant and helpful. This agency is the complete opposite

    Lies and deceit seem to be common place with this Letting Agency. They are currently being taken to court. They dont answer their phone. If they finally do answer, they lie. I believe they are moving to bigger premises. Be warned: Do not consider using this letting agent!!!!!!

    It is unfortunate that I have no other option but to rate this agent with one star. It is one star too many in my opinion.

    Worst agency I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. STAY CLEAR.
    Rarely answer their phone and when they do they promise to call back but never do, had an emergency and called the emergency out of hours number to find it was switched off - left a message which was followed up on 10 days later when the situation had been resolved by ourselves. Took over a month to get our deposit back, glad to be rid of them and would never consider using them again.

    This letting agents is currently getting taken to court for deceit, cowboy repairs, leaving tenants without hot water for up to 10 weeks (and not answering their phone) and withholding full deposits. Stay clear!
